How to Perform Vata-naashak mudra:
Just placing the tips of index finger and middle finger at the base of thumb finger and apply little pressure this forms vaata-nashak mudra.
Pran mudra or Kapha-kaarak Mudra is beneficial to overcome light or disturbed sleep. This mudra can be formed by joining the tip of the ring finger and little finger to the tip of thumb finger.

If you’re not comfortable in your bed or with your pillows, change them. You should be comfortable in your bed.
- Only sleep in your bed.
Cereal in bed
Try not to eat in bed or do things other than sleep or sex. Your bed is a place for you to transition to sleep.
