Imagination stimulates your brain. In this Post, I will teach you how to do Imagination.
Sit in a chair. Keep an alarm clock on the table before you. Look at the clock for few seconds.
Now close your eyes.See the clock with closed eyes. Imagine the clock in space.
Picture it much smaller than it is. Now change your mental picture by making the clock larger and larger. Now your brain is tremendously stimulated. The different sizes merely exercise different cells of the brain. By shifting the memory of your perceptions of these pictures you can stimulate a variety of brain cells.
Imagining these visual images exercises your brain more than simply seeing them.
