Dermatitis is an inflammation of the internal and external skin. It effects genital and exposed areas of skin are mostly prone to it. The skin shows signs of swelling, itching, heat and pain. It is a result of chemical or mechanical disruption of the horny layer “keratin.”

In the case of internal dermatitis, fruit diet is the way to fight the disease. It includes raw fruit juices, fresh vegetables, and salads.
In these conditions, the patient should avoid milk puddings, desserts, spices, white sugar, white flour products and other stimulants.
Once the person recovers from the disease, he may gradually get back to normal diet. It should contain well-balanced and nutritious foods like nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits and grains.
Warm water enema is also an effective remedy.
Take Epsom-salt baths two or three times a week. Apply olive oil before Epsom salt bath.
Wash the affected area in hot water with Epsom salts twice in a day.
Avoid white sugar, refined carbohydrates, coffee, tea and other denatured foods. Avoid other medications.
Liberal uses vegetable and fruit juices.
Combined juice of apple, celery and carrot are beneficial.
Apply the mixture of olive oil and baking soda. Alkaline sodium nullifies the poisonous acids that are in the sores and oil softens the skin.
These are simple remedies which one can perform at home. These solutions help in quick removal of toxins and revitalizing the skin.
Alongside, practicing yoga asanas and physical exercises are also effective. These practices purify the blood and prevent toxemia. Having fresh and clean environment is also important.
